Spiritual Awareness Programs at
Om Wisdom Center for Enlightenment are unique

We apply the wisdom of our founders, who have transcended numerous real-life traumas of their own. And since Sudhaji was awakened to unique mystical gifts, we integrate her ability to see into other realms, her natural sense of what others deeply feel, and the trust she exudes where perfect strangers approach her in public and private places with even their most personal traumas. We make this unique union of real-life everyday experience and Higher Consciousness available to you. That way, you can better face life's challenges.

Causeless Bliss Consciousness is a state of enlightenment that is beyond the mind

Causeless Bliss consciousness connects you to universal Wisdom and infinite possibility for freedom, abundance and prosperity. It’s where the overthinking chattering of the mind ceases and suffering comes to an end. When this happens, you can live a life you love.

Enlightenment heals relationships... including the  deepest one you have: the one with your own self!

What will be different when we can be caring, kind, compassionate, loving, and happy toward one another for no reason at all?

You must make a commitment to yourself !

Spiritual Awareness Programs by Om Wisdom Center for Enlightenment are for people who are committed to investing in their own selves. You must be willing to do the work needed to transcend your suffering. If you cannot commit to that, then our Center may not be for you. If you’re truly committed to “Doing the Work” then we look forward to working with you.

What people are saying

”A group of women, I among them, got together to transcend “our stuff” in dance…We danced self-consciously until we became unconscious of ourselves. We danced until we understood that it is all a dance; who we are and who we pretend to be, it’s whatever dance we choose…Many of us came in with physical complaints.,,,

I was told I’d need a [cancer] biopsy …I discovered I was not the only one who resisted coming, almost compulsively choosing to stay with my problems and myself. I was not the only one who resisted socializing… [or] whose physical and mental pain had disappeared into the dance, or whose strength and confidence and courage emerged.

What dance experience teaches us is freedom through, and from the body. The more we surrender into the dance, the more of our souls we regain.”

Kathryn - Therapist (NY)

“Sharon and Gary have created an environment [for] safe and creative ways to express and strengthen one’s confidence and self-esteem…[It] was both an enlightening and intriguing experience for me….”

Lisa - Warwick (NY)

“Meeting Sharon was a treat. She has a soothing way about her – loving, open, caring, accepting…Sharon did a terrific job in creating sacred safe space,.. I felt like each person there felt safe and comfortable, including me… Are you dancing your own dance or someone else’s is an intriguing question…”

Mary - Art store owner (CT)

“Sharon’s space is full of light and love… Sharon is an exceptionally gifted light worker who has already and will continue to inspire many people”

Amy - (CT)

“Sharon is courageous both in her faithfulness to her considerable spiritual gifts and in her commitment to furthering other’s personal and spiritual growth. Her thoughtfulness, genuine warmth and unconditional caring make her deserving of our trust and attention.”

Pat - Therapist, counselor (NY)

“I came to Sharon depressed and very unhappy about my life. Little did I know after “doing the work”, as Sharon calls it, I came to see that when I explore my beliefs and behaviors and ask myself better questions of myself, I can let go of things I think are going to hold me back. I know now that I can be happy, and when things don’t go my way sometimes, I know now that I can move through them better than I did before.”

About Our Founders

Sharon (Sudhaji) Newton

Sharon (Sudhaji) cofounded Om Wisdom Center for Enlightenment along with her husband, Gary. She is a mystic, philosopher, and an Enlightened Sage who lives in a state of causeless bliss, inner peace, and happiness for no reason.
Sudhaji is a transformational, passionate, and heartfelt spiritual leader. She has more than forty years’ experience guiding others in liberation from their suffering so that they, too, can experience causeless bliss, inner peace, and happiness for no reason. And that manifests freedom in both their personal and professional lives.

Sudhaji has had more than her share of severe traumas and challenges, often overlapping, and with no time to heal in between. Physical and emotional abuse in a romantic relationship. Childhood sexual abuse and bullying. Severe skin and food allergies. Asthma. Divorce. A foreclosure driven by proven bank fraud. Emergency medical operations resulting in debilitating chronic pain, scarring, stress, and panic attacks. She has experienced Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSD). Sudden loss of loved ones. Unsuccessful invitro fertilization. Sudden loss of her home and everything in it from the massive 1994 Edison Natural Gas Pipeline Explosion. Some of these even brought on multiple, overlapping lawsuits. She’s also transcended her own suicidal depression and her husband's as his caregiver.

Sudhaji openly shares her life traumas with others. They get that she uniquely understands their challenges, and that she can authentically empathize with their own suffering. Sometimes it’s downright mystical.

It’s not unusual for even strangers in the supermarket to share their innermost feelings, challenges, and traumas. The conversation usually begins, “I’m not sure why I’m telling you this, but…”
Sharon (Sudhaji) brings a rich tapestry of life experience, skills, and education to the table. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kean College (NJ). She is certified practitioner in Core Transformation Psychology, Holotropic Breathwork, Vortex Healing, and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).

She is also an entrepreneur and speaker. Additionally, even while suffering through one or more intense traumas, she still found, and still finds, it within her empathic heart to be the primary caregiver for a loved one with dementia, and to generously volunteer her time in other ways.Sudhaji has volunteered two decades of spiritual work in India, South Africa, and across the US for the ashram in India where her own enlightenment happened. She has volunteered at addiction centers, cancer centers, hospice care centers, suicide hotlines, senior care centers, and spiritual organizations. They’ve included: Richard C Ward Addiction Treatment Center (NY), Sanfordville Elementary School (NY), Senior Source Center (NJ), You Can Thive Foundation for Breast Cancer (NY), Kean University (NJ), Bergen Community College (NJ), Mental Health Association for Orange County suicide hotline (NY), and Saint Barnabas Hospital (NJ).

In her spare time (spare?), you might find Sudhaji lost in writing, making music, trance dancing, practicing Qigong, or diving into a good book. She has also participated in Toastmasters and the Rotary Club. Sudhaji is even learning to swim, a dream she has cherished since childhood.

Gary (BuddhaKrishna) Newton

Gary (BuddhaKrishna) is the other cofounders of Om Wisdom Center for Enlightenment, along with his wife Sharon (Sudhaji). Gary has over 30 years of experience in the health industry. He is truly passionate about coaching, mentoring, and facilitating personal and professional change.

Gary loves helping others discover and utilize their own unique gifts and talents. With his remarkable ability to stay calm during the stormiest times, he excels at guiding those who are struggling toward a brighter future.
Gary brings a heartfelt understanding having navigated his own journey as a spouse and caregiver during his wife’s challenging times (you can check out Sudhaji's bio for more details), He knows firsthand what it’s like to face debilitating situations, including the Edison Natural Gas Pipeline Explosion, a divorce, a serious car accident, being laid off after 25 years, and dealing with his father’s suicide, his wife’s bouts with suicide, and even his own thoughts of suicide once.

These experiences give him a deep empathy for those who find themselves in similar places. Gary has also volunteered in many of the same activities mentioned in Sudhaji’s bio. He has facilitated group meditation and talk sessions for in-patients in an addiction center, an assisted living facility, and at a senior center. He has spent many hours as a volunteer sound engineer for an ashram in India, where he also enjoys immersing himself in deep meditation—including a remarkable 21 days in complete silence 24/7!
Gary (BuddhaKrishna) is a certified practitioner in Ericksonian Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, skills he uses to uplift others. When he’s not helping people, you can find him engrossed in writing, graphic arts, photography, music production, reading, exploring technical IT projects, and figuring out how to fix things around the house.
